Our policy for entering a building and working on your computers has changed as COVID 19 has reshaped our lives.  Our staff will always wear masks and maintain a safe distance for your security.

When touching any computer or devices, our technicians on or off-site will wear gloves as well.  Timelines have also been set so that our staff can have extra time to take personal breaks so that hands do not sweat, and masks do not cause fatigue.

Our policy is also to wash or sanitize hands before and after each computer is worked on on-site and in our facility.  This ensures that bacteria is not being spread from one device to another.

We always comply to the recommendations and guidelines set forth by our government and adhere to the rules set by organizations like the ODA and RCDSO.
